The commercial and genetic areas were fertilized on April 20. The commercial and genetic areas were planted on May 2. |

The stand looks good. The genetic section got cultivated June 3. The commercial section is scheduled to be sprayed with glyphosate as soon as the wind stops blowing. Alleyways were cut in all areas June 3. |

Roundup has been sprayed twice on the commercial section and the hand weeding crew was successful in the genetic section. We anticipate inoculating in about 4 weeks. |

The weed control is good but hand weeding will be conducted during the next 2 weeks in the genetic section. Inoculation is scheduled for Friday July 19. |

The second hand weeding was conducted on the genetic section. Inoculation is scheduled for July 19. |
| July31 |
The nursery was inoculated on July 19. |
| August12 |
Rot in the crown area is getting established. We probably have a couple of weeks before we dig and rate. |
