MIBST School 2025 Dates: Beet End 6/3-6/13/2025 * Sugar End 7/15-7/25/2025 * Ag School 6/23-6/26/2025 * Engineer School 10/27-10/30/2025

April30	The Cercospora nursery was planted.
May12	The beets are emerging.
May29	The beets are at the two leaf stage and the stands look good.
June11 & 12	The nursery was thinned. The beets are growing well and receiving timely rains.
July1	The Cercospora leaf spot nursery was inoculated on July 1.
July2	Cercospora leaf spots were observed on a couple of highly susceptible sugar beet lines at the same research farm.
